Since 2015 Multicase focused its advisory services to assist international Companies expanding and re-organising their Real Estate Portfolio, mainly in Hungary, but also in Austria, Monaco, Italy and South of France.

As a member of several executive committees it took part into important decision making in the growing Hospitality and Automotive Industrial sector.

In 2020 Multicase MD was mandated by a large French Retail Group (AFM - Mulliez) to manage its assets in Hungary.

Several board member mandates were held in France and Hungary, leading to a major M&A deal, closed in QIV 2024.

In 2025 it completed the You Budapest Hotel for a French Hotel Development Company, helping the YOU brand to join a world-leading hospitality group ALL (Accor).

A recent mandate was signed to provide new live into the R66 Project, at the Rákoczi Út. This abandoned concrete structure shall finally be reshaped to a 206 rooms AC Hotel and a 60 prime serviced apartments.
