CLIENT REPRESENTATION

Pascal graduated as Civil Engineer in 1986 at the KULeuven (BE) 

Upon completion of his military service in Köln (DE) he held several Project Manager positions in Belgium and RDC within the construction Company CFE

In 1993 Pascal was moving to Hungary to held several Managerial positions in CEE appointed by CFE Group.

Amongst his major references we mention:

• The refurbishment of the Four Seasons Hotel in Budapest (Gresham Palace) and creation of the Intercontinental Hotel Conference Center

• The building of several prime office buildings (Vaci Greens, Liget Center, Center Point, Spiral Offices, CIB and ING Headquarters) for major international developers (BE,NL,IL,FR,DE)

• Diplomatic Buildings (Residences and Embassies) (Qatar, USA, Saudi, Algeria, Belgium)

• Commercial Centers such as Cora, Campona, Arena Plaza (FR,BE,IL)

In 2015, Pascal and Éva decided to give new live to  the Multicase Company​ by reshaping to a Real estate advisory and Consultant Company. The aim was to accompany foreign investors/developpers by providing the best advices and managing their real estate projects.

We mainly focused on 2 pillars of the real estate business 

1. The automotive sector managing:

• The extensions of the Mono Group in Ipolytőlgyes

• The new plant of Valeo-Siemens in Veszprém

 2.  The Hotel developments, for:

• Arkia Group, owned by the Nakash family

• Mandarin Oriental Vienna

• You Are Budapest, owned by the Esnée family

• AC Hotel by Marriott, (under construction)

in 2020, Pascal was appointed MD of Ceetrus and Nhood, the Real estate Companies managing the assets of Auchan in Hungary.​ At the conclusion of the sales of those Companies to Indotek those mandates were terminated in 2025.
